Two Days Under The Toronto Sun

It has been a while since my last entry so much has happened. Ontorio was finally blessed with good weather. It couldn't have happened at a better time. I only have a few more days until I head over to Montreal to meet up with my friend from home, James. but before Montreal, I wanted to get lost in Toronto and really ride around in it to see what obvious treasure it has to offer. The weather forecast predicted two day of good weather, so on April 19 and the 20th, it was time to execute my simple plan.

Beautiful Day

So I rode in and learned so much from just watching, this is what I learned...

Day one:
Sat in a park and chilled for 2 hours, never did that before it was fun.. took pics and watch the world go by. It was very relaxing I suggest everyone does it once in a blue moon.

Don't go to Casa Loma, it a rip off, unless your into old castles. It was expensive, old and boring nothing really jumped at me. thats just my opinion

Day two:
The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is under construction. The ROM will be done and be completely open next year 2008... check the pictures it looks like superman decided to move to Toronto. I didn't go in ROM I decided to save my money and save the experience for later, when the building is all done.

Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) was also under construction and will be done the same time. This expansion is being done by my favorite architect, Frank Gehry, Stoked about that. because the building is under renovation ticket prices for the AGO was only five dollars, a why not? Unfortunately they didn't really have much to show but I did discover the works of Emile Carr, "I LIKE"...

beside the museum was Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD). I sat in the campus park and people watched as I had a snack, man do I wish I was back in school without a care in the world but just be creative. Oh wait I'm doing that now... i'm a jerk

Well beside those three land marks I just rode around and got lost a few times... stopped at a Starbuck (they have alot of them too) and just sat outside and people watch, went to a park... pondered life and then went home and planned for Montreal. All done in a span of two days..

In the beginning of my 6 month sabbatical, I started up Everywhereproject.com to keep my family and friends as part of the experience. The project is to see every thing, go every where, to learn as much as I can and to try my best to share the experience with everyone in my life during the 6 month hiatus. It sounds easy but trust me, it wasn't. The months came and went. What was supposed to be a 6 month project has now become more of a way of life. I realized that life just became better through the project. Hope you guys enjoy the way I see the world and thank you.

My name is Martin Luther Banez Bunyi and this is my project.
